Need help installing window insulation and weatherproofing

Hi there, I’m looking for a handy person to install window insulation and add weatherproofing around a couple of sash windows in my living room. The job includes measuring the gaps, fitting insulating strips, and sealing with appropriate sealant. I prefer clean finishes and would like someone who can work around a radiator and small window sill without making a mess.
