Need help hanging a framed painting on the wall

Hi there! I’ve just moved into a new flat in Ireland and I’d like someone to help me hang a framed painting securely. The wall is plaster with studs behind it. I’ll provide the needed wall mount kit and screws, but I’m hoping you have the right drill bit and a level to ensure it’s perfectly straight. The artwork weighs about 2-3 kg and the height I’m aiming for is roughly eye level in the living room. I’d prefer a polite, tidy helper who can advise on the best wall anchor options if the current setup isn’t ideal. Availability on weekends would be great.
