Need help cleaning up my computer and improving performance

I'm looking for someone to help clean up and optimize my computer. The PC runs slowly, has several programs I don’t use, and I’d like a thorough cleanup, including removing unnecessary files, organizing the desktop, uninstalling unused apps, running disk cleanup, and optimizing startup programs. I’m on Windows 10/11 and would prefer guidance with a hands-on session lasting about 2–3 hours. Please bring or be comfortable using standard maintenance tools, perform a quick malware scan, and explain any changes you make so I can maintain it myself. If possible, share tips for keeping the computer fast in the future and advise on whether an upgrade (RAM/SSD) might be beneficial.
