Need help cleaning up and optimizing my computer

I'm looking for someone to clean up my desktop and optimize my computer for faster performance. I have a Windows PC (about 5 years old) with several unused programs, lots of temporary files, and some sluggish startup times. The goal is to remove bloatware, organize files, run a reputable antivirus scan, update essential software, and improve boot speed. I’d prefer a step-by-step walkthrough for any changes you make, and I’m okay with lightweight changes that don’t require full admin access. Basic data backup advice would be a huge plus. I’m flexible on timing, but I’d like this done within a couple of hours if possible.
