I want someone with experience in outdoor wooden structures and basic tool set (drill, level, ladder). The project is in a small urban garden, so accuracy and care to avoid damage to existing plants are important. I’d prefer a tidy finish, secure anchoring into the ground or decking, and to confirm all measurements match the plan before tightening everything.
