Need a skilled painter for a floor coating project

I'm looking for a reliable handyman to paint a concrete floor in my small home workshop. The space is about 20 square meters and currently has a dull, slightly porous surface. I’d like a durable, matte finish in a light gray color, suitable for high-traffic use. Please include surface preparation, priming if needed, two coats of paint, and cleanup. I prefer a low-VOC product and would appreciate any guidance on longevity and maintenance. Availability on weekends would be ideal, and I can provide reasonably flexible start times around mid-morning.
