Need a friendly IT tutor for basic to intermediate coding in Ireland

I'm looking for a patient and practical IT tutor to help me improve my computer skills. I want to cover basics like file management, email, and internet safety, plus some practical programming: simple Python scripts, and understanding how to use common software more efficiently. Ideally, lessons would be 1–2 hours, once or twice a week, with a flexible schedule. I prefer in-person sessions at my home or a nearby public library in Ireland, but online options are welcome if they’re interactive. Basic internet access and a willingness to tailor lessons to my pace are a must.
