NDT Technical Report Writer (Dartmouth)

Role Overview:

As an NDT Technical Report Writer, you will work closely with NDT technicians, project managers, and operations teams to convert inspection data into compliant, client-ready reports. You will play a key role in ensuring technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to applicable codes, standards, and client requirements. This is a fast-paced, high-accountability role that directly supports field operations and customer deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, edit, and finalize NDT inspection reports (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT, VT) in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications
• Review field data, inspection notes, and technician inputs for completeness and accuracy
• Ensure reports meet internal quality standards and formatting requirements
• Maintain organized digital records, logs, and supporting documentation
• Support daily, weekly, and project-based reporting requirements
