Job Description:

  • Directly supervise all NDT technicians during shutdown operations.

  • Assign daily tasks, brief teams on inspection scopes, and monitor work progress.

  • Ensure NDT methods (PT, MT, UT, RT, are performed according to apporved procedures. 

  • Verify interpretation and evaluation of indications before submission to the NDT Lead por QAQC Manager. 

  • Coordinate with production, maintenance, and shutdown teams to align inspections activities with work fronts. 

  • Liaise with client representative for approvals. 

  • Ensure all NDT activitied comply with project specifications, QA/QC procedures, and applicable codes. 

  • Check calibration status, certification validity, an consumable traceability.

  • Ensure proper setup, usage, and maintenance of NDT equiptment.

  • Review and verify NDT reports prepared by technicians for accuracy.
