Responsibilities

  • Provide pre-service/ pre-sales technical support, product education and after-sales support services in direct contact with the NDT customers, Internal sales responsible and sales agents.
  • Inhouse (or external) support for application and engineering trials
  • Perform field service data collection, routing, and reporting.
  • Primarily performs on-site installation and training for non-destructive testing detectors.
  • Perform factory setup, on-site installation, and training for flux leakage testing equipment.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of eddy current flaw detectors, as required.
  • Min. 25% travel availability

    • Qualifications – External

  • Have an engineering degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience in NDT field.
  • Good oral and written English & German proficiency.
