We are seeking experienced Nursing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to serve as Training Specialists and NCLEX Content Review Specialists. The role involves reviewing AI-generated NCLEX-style test bank questions across multiple nursing disciplines, ensuring clinical accuracy, educational quality, and alignment with NCLEX standards and nursing competencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review NCLEX-style questions and rationales for accuracy and clarity
  • Validate clinical accuracy and appropriateness of content
  • Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities
  • Ensure alignment with NCLEX standards and nursing best practices
  • Review competency mappings and provide recommendations
  • Provide detailed review comments and suggested revisions
  • Participate in subsequent review rounds if required
