Position Summary:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will manage and operate a centralized service desk and oversee user support and help desk specialist resolving request/problem incidents.



Clearance Requirements:

Fully adjudicated Top Secret clearance (SCI eligibility).



Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Provides Tier - technical support for hardware, software, and telecommunications.
  • Manages service requests via ticketing systems, performs hardware troubleshooting, and maintains up-to-date IT equipment databases.
  • Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
  • - years of IT support experience with an Associate's degree (or equivalent experience).
