NC programmer - EdgeCAM

Location - Pune

Experience - 3 to 8 years

Must have hands-on experience in EdgeCAM toolpath generation for 3, 4 & 5 axis machines, preferably for aerospace structural components.

.Must have experience in NC Simul verification & error rectification.

.Demonstrate knowledge of 5-axis machines and their post -processors, such as Mazak I700, CV500, VTC 800, etc.

.Experience in NC Setup planning & Fixture design is preferred,

.Experience in NC process optimization & cycle time reduction is preferred

.Should have awareness of cutting tools, holders, and machining parame ters.

.Should read & interpret engineering drawings & Condition of supply data

.knowledge of CAD Modeling & Drafting is preferred.

.Should have Effective communication and soft skills.
