About the role

Native Earth is looking for passionate, reliable and values-driven people to join our team as Native Earth Facilitators.

This is more than a standard support worker role. A Native Earth Facilitator is a mentor, role model, life coach, motivator, adventure enthusiast, business-minded coach, trusted support person, outdoor action adventure tourism guide, and life inspirer who helps people with and without disabilities build confidence, independence, purpose, connection and direction.

Native Earth is working towards becoming an all-inclusive brand that supports people with and without disabilities through mentoring, motivation, support, adventure, personal development, community connection and meaningful life experiences.
