Overview

To provide culturally responsive academic, emotional, and behavioral support for Native American students, promoting equitable access to education, course completion, and graduation, while fostering a strong sense of identity, belonging, and school engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience working with Native American youth and families
• Understanding of Native American cultures, values, and tribal systems
• Strong interpersonal, advocacy, and communication skills
• Background in education, counseling, social work, or related field preferred
• Tribal affiliation or community connection is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with established policies and regulations
