National Visibility Manager (NVM) – Karachi (National Role with Travel)

Reporting to: Operations Head
Lead national merchandising execution with one clear mandate: consistent visibility standards, disciplined field operations, and KPI delivery across all regions.
Role Purpose
Own national merchandising governance and performance. Manage Regional Visibility Managers (RVMs), drive execution excellence in the market, and ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement through systems and operating rhythm.
