The National Sales Manager of Mexico will have the opportunity to build ICL’s Innovative Ag Solutions Technical Sales Team and lead the sales growth within the region. This role will require a strong leadership mindset that can identify, attract, train, and retain strong technical sales managers for the ICL team. This role will be responsible for building and growing the sales of the crop nutrition portfolio including granular, water soluble, control release, foliar, and liquid fertilizers. This will include customer relationship management from the distributor to retailer and grower level and a broad portfolio of ICL products. This role will be responsible for identify and securing the agronomy funding necessary to support the portfolio development within and sales growth within the region.
