Position Title: National Service Manager – Testing Machines

Grade: E4

Location: Pune

This Role Reports to: Line of Business Head

This Role Supervises: DT Service Team comprising of Managers, Engineers & FTEs

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Oversees all service operations, technical support, and customer support activities for Testing Machines across India. Responsible for service business revenue generation including profitability. Maintains a strong working knowledge of company products and services, industry standards, and practices. Ensures high customer satisfaction, develops and nurtures long-term customer relationships, mentors and manages service team members, and standardizes service quality across the country.
