National Security Operations Centre: Full-Time Supervisor

Securiguard is hiring for a full-time Security Operations Center Supervisor . The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the National Operations Support Center (NOSC) , ensuring that all communications, monitoring, and support functions are performed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, lateral thinking and a deep understanding of security operations and technology.

What would you do:

• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and performance support to all NOSC Operators.
• Oversee all NOSC activities, including system monitoring, alarm verification, incident coordination, and response escalation.
