Job Description

**Job Purpose**

+ Oversee and handle the payroll and final pay process
+ Responsible for the compliance to statutory and government requirements
+ Responsible for the reconciliation of the accounts and ensuring data accuracy
+ Ensure that the company’s accounting information and practices are accurately reflected.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Processes payroll for the employees, including last pay, 13th month and annualization
+ Ensures completeness and accuracy of the data and information in the payroll system.
+ Record payroll entries and accruals in the accounting system.
+ Review employee attendance and timekeeping.
+ Address and resolve employee pay-related concerns raised via ticket and emails.
+ Prepare government contributions and/or remittances.
+ Liaise with government agencies to ensure statutory compliance.
