National Operations Coordinator

This position offers an opportunity to work in a feminist organisation that supports women’s equality and empowerment nationally and locally.

Employed by the WCI Board, the National Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal strategic role as part of the management team, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to ensure organisational sustainability, governance, and compliance. The National Operations Coordinator will lead, coordinate, and oversee the operations, finance, HR, and communications organisational strategies, ensuring that the WCI’s people and resources align with its purpose, priorities, and values.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience in a similar senior role.
  • Possess a graduate level (minimum level 7) or equivalent professional qualification in financial management, business management, operations etc.
