A leading property organisation is seeking an experienced National Financial Manager to provide strategic financial leadership across a multi-regional property portfolio. Reporting to the Financial Director , this role will drive financial performance, portfolio optimisation, capital planning, and strategic decision-making while partnering closely with executive leadership and regional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead national budgeting, forecasting, financial planning , and cash flow management across multiple regions. Analyse portfolio and asset performance, identifying financial risks, opportunities, and value enhancement initiatives. Prepare financial feasibility studies, ROI analyses, and business cases for capital expenditure, refurbishments, acquisitions, and strategic projects.
