Enable appropriate governance and assurance, ensuring learning and training solutions are current, fit for purpose, and aligned to relevant frameworks, standards and governance practicesDrive consistency across technical, compliance and conversational capabilitiesAccountable owner for Motor Vehicle National Assessing curriculum currency and governance.Set standards, approve designs, schedule validations, own risk/compliance alignment, and signs off the annual learning plan for Motor Vehicle AssessorsMaintain oversight of the Motor Claims learning and training design pipeline and associated portfolio of initiatives. What you’ll bring:
Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment – RequiredDemonstrated technical facilitation experience in large complex organisation.Minimum 3 years insurance claims and/or financial services experience
