National Accounts Growth Lead - FMCG

Essity in Peru is seeking an Account Manager to lead the national customer portfolio, translate strategy into actionable plans, and deliver on-shelf impact and P&L results. You will drive joint business planning, negotiate trade terms, and ensure flawless execution in pricing, availability, and service.

You will own customer negotiations, growth plans, promotions, and product launches, while collaborating with Supply Chain, Field Sales, and Trade Marketing to expand business across channels.
