Successful candidates for this role will combine the following traits: * Hands On: We are looking for a hands-on manager who can teach, grow and lead an integration delivery team through personal example, coaching and mentoring. Ability to master all aspects of HCM integration, build credibility with our partners through knowledge and effort, and continuously teach what you have learned to the team is crucial. * Technical Knowledge: needs to be knowledgeable with all aspects of SDLC, including design, build and testing. A deep integration background is not required, but expectation is candidate will learn quickly and be able to teach others as they join the team. * Domain Expertise: Integrations are about data, and understanding the data means understanding the domain.
