Role Description

The Senior Director role is a part-time hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Director will provide strategic leadership for the initiative, defining its vision, objectives, and key messages to influence how organizations use automation and prospecting tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping thought leadership content, overseeing awareness campaigns, and developing partnerships with stakeholders in marketing, technology, and innovation ecosystems. The role involves guiding communication strategies, representing the initiative in public forums, and ensuring that all activities align with the mission of promoting ethical, personalized outreach. The Senior Director will also mentor contributors and volunteers, coordinate hybrid meetings, and monitor impact metrics to refine the initiative’s programs.
