We are a busy professional family (Healthcare & Tech) with a sweet 11-month-old son. We value a home that is organized, proactive, and happy. We are looking for a reliable person to join our household and help us manage the busy afternoon-to-evening transition.
The Role:
We are looking for someone who can balance engaging childcare with keeping our home running smoothly:
- 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Childcare): Your focus is 100% on our son—playing, naps, and feeding.
- 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Household Support): We take over childcare so you can focus on a "daily reset." This includes simple meal prep, tidying baby areas, and light housekeeping.
Work From Home (WFH) & Schedule:
- WFH: Dad works from a dedicated home office. He stays "tucked away" to ensure you have autonomy, but is available for emergencies.
