Nail Technician

Responsibilities

• Providing beauty services, such as manicures, pedicures, acrylic or gel extensions, and nail art.
• Offering excellent customer service throughout every client's visit to the salon.
• Listening actively to understand what a client wants and making recommendations.
• Providing hand and foot massages, applying moisturizer, and using paraffin wax treatments to soften skin.
• Ensure client comfort and safety throughout the nail or lash application process.
• Teaching clients about healthy nails aftercare practices and suggesting suitable products or regular services.
• Following trends and learning new techniques to offer more diverse services.
• Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues or complaints if they arise.

Qualifications
