• Nail Care & Services: Provide manicure, pedicure, and nail treatments, including cleaning, shaping, and applying polish or designs according to client preferences.
• Customer Service: Greet clients, assess their nail care needs, offer professional advice, and ensure a relaxing, high-quality experience.
• Sanitation & Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment meet health and safety standards.
• Licensing & Certification: Must hold a valid cosmetology or nail technician license as required by local regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing various nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and the use of nail tools and products.
• Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients, understand their preferences, and provide excellent service in a friendly, professional manner.
