Responsibilities

  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Be the point of contact to handle emergency situations
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, co‑ordinate and schedule activities of workers (up to 4 staff members)
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Perform pedicures
