NA Sourcing Specialist, Sugar & Dairy

Responsibilities

• Support NA sugar and Dairy strategy development and implementation
• Analyze regional spend data and understand the business needs
• Provide regional market and supplier insights to maximize opportunities
• Define the supplier negotiation strategy at the country and/or regional level
• Represent Raw Materials Procurement NA on projects for the Internal and External Network (EM) in regional projects
• Participate in workshops to provide market insights such as category profile, SKU, spend and use that information to drive cost improvement or business growth
• Collect consumer insights and market trends from suppliers and Spend Area leads to share with stakeholders
• Maintain close contact with the Procurement Innovation Team and R&D to assess commercial and supply feasibility for new ideas
