• Create/design wave soldering fixtures and wave solder profiles.
• Conformal coating process knowledge.
• PresFit process knowledge.
• Routers process knowledge.
• Create/design PCB depaneling routers fixtures.
• Create/design manual soldering fixtures.
• Manufacturing Engineer would be responsible for defining, implementing, and controlling the production process in assigned production areas at a low volume/high.
• Engineering support for New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including process and equipment validation, and first production unit build.
• Support generation and reporting of process metrics.
• Continually improve process capability (Cpk) and process efficiency or OEE of assigned processes while supporting quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
