Position Title: Technical Analyst – MyPass Application

Role Summary

The Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the MyPass application, ensuring smooth data flow between integrated systems, managing incidents, and proactively addressing technical challenges. The role demands strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot data flows between MyPass and integrated systems.
• Investigate and resolve incidents efficiently to minimize operational impact.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Santiago, Perth, India, and other regions.
• Document technical processes and integration points.
• Support onboarding of new business units (Chile, India, Australia & Canada).
• Ensure system scalability and performance as request volumes increase.
