MWR Bartender

Summary The primary purpose of this position is to operate a limited-service bar for private parties & banquets. Mix & serve alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages, process payments, maintain inventory, & ensure a clean, presentable bar. Applicant follows written or verbal instructions from management, uses proper drink proportions, recognizes intoxicated patrons, reconciles tabs, & stands or walks for extended periods while handling bar supplies. Located at Silver State Club in Naval Air Station Fallon. Responsibilities Set up full service, limited service, special event or banquet bars with beverages, mixes, condiments, garnishes, napkins, ice, glasses and utensils. May serve soft drinks, bottle or draft beer as needed. Replaces supplies as necessary; removes empty kegs and replaces with full ones, transfers cases of beer to refrigerator, removes cases of empty bottles and separates returnable empty bottles.
