As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of
applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical
day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are not only
functional but also aligned with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing
user needs and developing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user
experience. You will be part of the pod with members from onshore and expected to work with them,
applying the client's ways of working and best practices,
