Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive professional with prior experience working closely with the music artist community—ideally in artist management, distribution, or a related domain. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the independent music ecosystem and a passion for discovering and nurturing emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify rising independent artists on Instagram, You Tube, Spotify
Sign and Manage Artists for Distribution
Negotiate contract with Artist
Collaborate with internal teams and partners for releases
Monitor and Analyse KPI’s
Attend showcases, and artist community events
Build relationships with managers/producers/songwriters who influence artist decisions
