Sony Music Entertainment in Lima seeks a Sync & Licensing Manager to drive revenue through licensing music across film, TV, streaming, advertising, gaming, and brands.

You will identify licensing opportunities, negotiate terms, manage deals, and ensure smooth execution while building strong relationships with music supervisors, production houses, and agencies.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of licensing experience, a Master’s in Business, and a passion for the evolving entertainment landscape.
