Project description

We've been engaged by a large Australian financial institution to provide resources to manage the production support activities along with their existing team in Sydney & India.

Responsibilities

Provide expert-level support for Murex environment management, with a strong focus on End-of-Day (EOD) operations and issue resolution.

Maintain and optimize the Murex platform and ensuring high availability and performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Murex infrastructure, EOD processes, and system performance.

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Shell or Python to streamline operational tasks and improve system reliability.

Utilize CI/CD tools such as Git, pipelines, and artifact repositories to support continuous integration and deployment workflows.
