Multitrader (Building Fabric Maintenance) - Enhanced DBS required (dated in the last 12 months)
Location: South East London
Rate: c£20 - £25/hour dependent on experience
Contract Type: Temporary - minimum 3 months

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Multitrader to join an Estates team in South East London. This essential role is focused on providing a comprehensive, multi-skilled, and responsive maintenance and repairs service across the college estate and properties. You will be instrumental in ensuring a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for all our students and staff through excellent building fabric maintenance and general repairs.
