Green by Nature AU in Masterton is seeking a multiskilled Response Operator to support our parks, reserves and public spaces. This hands-on role is outdoors, varied, and involves cross-functional work across response, repairs, mowing and general maintenance.

You’ll work across multiple tasks, operate equipment, and join a supportive local team focused on delivering well‑cared spaces for the community. A positive attitude, reliability, and a full driver licence are essential.
