Multiskilled Operator – Expression of Interest
We are seeking skilled Multiskilled Operators for civil construction projects across Western Sydney. Positions are available for immediate and upcoming starts.

What you’ll be doing

• Operate multiple types of civil plant and machinery safely and efficiently (RII minimum requirement)
• Undertake excavation, trenching, backfilling, loading, and general machine?based tasks
• Perform bulk earthworks, roadworks, site prep, and material handling
• Conduct pre?start checks, basic machine maintenance and report defects
• Work closely with supervisors and crews to complete machine?based scopes
• Follow all site safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment
• Support project milestones by operating machinery to required production standards
