Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance services on social housing properties across Cornwall. This role requires good multi-trade experience, including plumbing and carpentry, and the ability to engage positively with customers.

Offering £35,360 per annum, plus benefits including a van and fuel card, this temp to perm position will allow you to perform a variety of minor works in domestic settings. A DBS check will be conducted due to the nature of the work.
