Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solution Design Lead, who will support analysis of new solutions with technical expertise within domain / platform architecture in the Service Business Solutions Team in close collaboration with business partners and various IT teams.

How you will make an impact

• Partner with the Technical Architects and Enterprise Architects to define and continuously evolve the end-to-end solution and platform strategy, ensuring alignment between business objectives, processes, and technology capabilities.
• Support the Program Manager by translating complex business demands into fit‑for‑purpose solution designs, evaluating functional, architectural, and integration implications.
• Lead the solution design and option assessment activities, recommending optimal solutions across Salesforce, SAP (S/4HANA), MuleSoft, AI‑based solutions, and cloud‑native architectures.
