Multinational Programs Associate

Role Overview

The Multinational programs associate will support the EVP in coordination with relevant stakeholder across strategic partnerships and multinational programs implementation and development. This highly transversal role offers exposure to all key functions of the insurance value chain—including Underwriting, Reinsurance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Sales, Claims, Finance, and IT. The role involves hands‑on work in partnership development, commercial analysis and process optimization.

This position suits a candidate with strong relationship skills, financials understanding, a genuine interest in insurance, and ambition to grow into a future leadership or specialist role.
