Job Description
Daily Sun is looking for a talented Multimedia Journalist to join our team, based in Johannesburg or working remotely from any of the nine provinces in South Africa. The successful candidate will report directly to the News Editor.
Key Responsibilities

Create multimedia content for Daily Sun's online platform
Research and develop own news and feature ideas
Take direction from News Editor
Supplement written content with mobile video, pictures, and audio interviews as a matter of course
Deliver target market focused content daily to set deadlines
Attend daily news meetings
Regularly produce piece to camera content
Regularly be in studio for on-camera explainers
Conceptualise and produce one multi-media feature content every month
Adhere to quality, style, and content standards
Understand requirements around paywalled content and deliver accordingly
