You will perform general maintenance, including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance, and custodial work, while supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in daily upkeep and safety compliance.

Based in our community, you’ll ensure apartments are xhfqzwm rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy and respond promptly to tenant requests, with on-call emergency support
