ASB Bank in Albany is looking for a Customer Specialist to join our Direct Channels team. You’ll be the frontline voice, delivering clear, helpful service across calls, messages, and digital channels to support customers through everyday banking and more complex needs.

The role emphasizes a pacey environment, learning, and keeping customers at the heart of every decision. Training is provided, with a 12-week full-time induction on site, followed by rostered 40-hour weeks.
