This role is about consistency at scale ensuring every Melbrew café, no matter the city, delivers the same warmth, quality, and brand magic.
Your Daily Brew:
Lead and elevate the end-to-end guest experience across multiple Melbrew café locations.
Bring Melbrew's service vision to life through clear standards and consistent execution.
Ensure consistency in service, quality, and vibe across all cafes.
Lead, coach, and develop Cafe Managers and in-store teams.
Drive continuous improvement through cafe visits, experience audits, guest feedback, and performance insights.
Partner with operations and marketing teams to execute in-store activations, launches, and campaigns.
