MULTI TRADER (Renewable Housing) – Reading 
£21.40 PH CIS
Van & fuel card supplied for business use
8 till 4.30pm – Mon to Fri

We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to support energy-efficient and low-carbon housing upgrades across a social housing portfolio. You’ll be part of a reactive maintenance and helping improve the sustainability and performance of occupied homes.


The Role:
You’ll carry out a range of maintenance designed to improve tenant comfort, energy efficiency, and building performance, including:


  • Basic carpentry ( door undercuts ) 




  • Damp & Mould repairs 



  • Concrete slabs in preparation (Heat pumps) 

  • Install window trickle vents 

    • Video interviews taking place asap


    Requirements:


  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, etc.)




  • Full UK driving licence
