About the role

Platinum Search Recruitment are working alongside a highly experienced and reputable building contractor in the Dartford area. Our client provides services within a broad range of specialised services including new build, refit and refurbishment, maintenance and small works.

Location

Locations covering: Dependant on project/contract locations.

Key responsibilities

  • Carpentry, joinery, and door repairs
  • General plumbing and patch plastering
  • Painting, decorating, and finishing
  • General building & multi trade works

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building maintenance (commercial environment preferred)
  • Strong all-round trade skills with a hands‑on approach
  • Excellent fault‑finding and problem‑solving ability
  • Full UK driving licence (company van provided)
  • Good communication and customer service skills
